Is there is module in DNN that would allow us to manage webpage redirects?

For example, if we wanted to redirect:  www.abc.com/sales to the actual sales portal web page to make it easier for the sales folks to access their page from anywhere?

Thanks in advance for any help we can get on this.

I think Pageblaster (www.snapsis.com) might be able to do this. You may also be able to do this in the SiteURLs.config in the root of your DNN install but it's not something that I've ever looked closely at.
