You can add the same module in one page for any times when you select "add new module"

but it cant when you select "Add exiting module".

Now, I have add a articles module in my "news" page,it has 2 category: category1,category2;

I want to show the news of category1 in my home page's left pane,and the news of category1 in my ome page's right pane

But,,,,problem created,I cant realize it....

this is a general restriction: you have only one reference to a module per page, if you need multiple instances on same page, you need to use a module, which does access other module's data, e.g. News or What's new.
