New Community Website

I created a new page and added the User Accounts module to it, and set it as the "User Page" in the Site Settings. 

Works great.

But if a new user clicks Register, they get a blank page. What am i doing wrong?

Make sure your page and module permissions are set to all users.

No luck.

I gave View and Edit permissions to All Users on the Page and every module on the Page. Unauthenticated users still get a blank page.

But I noticed this in the URL:

http://www.domain.com/community/Profile/EditProfile/tabid/76/ctl/Access%20Denied%20-%20You%20must%20be%20logged%20on%20to%20use%20this%20module/Default.aspx

Update:

It was a 3rd party module that was the problem. When i removed the module from the page, it showed up just fine for unauthenticated users.

There must be a setting on the 3rd party module that required users to be logged in.

I followed Groves advice on adding the user account module to a new page and then setting the new page as the user page in site settings and now I cannot log back in. Everytime I click login it takes me to the register account module. When I click register it take me to the register module also. I repeat I'm locked out of my own site. Is there a way to get back in with no login button?
