i have purchased and create dnn for my portal. how do i register my pages in google, yahoo or other search engine?

By using the magic of the search engine

You should also look into Google Sitemaps as DNN has built-in support for that as well - on the Admin, Site Settings page.

There's also a Submit Page to Google link on each page settings page, but someone else will need to fill us in on whather that is of any use.

Also recommend reading up on SEO techniques for your content before doing all of this.

Thakx robax, i have been registering my portal using magix url you gave me. but i cant see Google sitemap on my DNN. im using DNN 4.08.02. Is there something i left ?

DNN automatically generates a sitemap.aspx file for you. Look under Admin, Site Settings, Basic Settings, Site Marketing. Click the help icons there for some further details.

You also need to go and register a Google account for sitemaps. http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/

There's a verification process you have to figure out there.
