DNN 040503

Hello i have some questions relating to the RSVP option in user groups, the first question is there a bug in the version i am using above or do i need to set something ? When enetering a subscription payment but leaving the trial period blank ( as in the guide ) the trial option shows up ( This happens regardless if a public or private role for some reson ) then when entering the RSVP code it bypasses the payment due and just connects them up.

From what i can see or understand is that for some reason the free trial option is overiding the payment option and letting them in, if this is an error what is the best fix for this.

Second and related, is it possible for people who have subscribed to private roles have thier subscribed role visable in their profile ? if not how do they know when to renew or unsubscribe ? is there a fix for this r a related module that would perform this task ?

Thankyou for any help
Pete

AFAIR there had been changes in this area in DNN 4.8.2, but I did not implement or verify them myself, sorry.

Thankyou Sebastian, I am guessing the possible fault with the free trial was corrected allowing RSVP with payment to be used.

Further to this can anybody confirm more importantly if a private role one enetered does become visable to the user if subscribed or any advice or help on this would be greta, thanks

Pete
