How can i configure the following:

A user must be able to:
-insert a module on a page
-edit this module ( for instance, add or edit text in the Html/Text module)

The same user must not be allowed to do the the following:
- edit the module settings
- add a new page
- edit the page settings ( the page settings must be disabled).

How to choose the modules that the user sees in the dropdownlist with the id=cboDesktopModules in the control panel?

sorry, page permissions are currently not as granular as you would need it.

To remove modules listed in the control center DDL, the host can set the module definition to premium and only assign the modules to the portals when appropriate. There will be a more granular management in DNN 5.

Thank you Sebastian.

It is possible only if you modify the Control Panel and the skinobject that derives from ActionBase.
