I'm seeing very long delays (5 minutes or longer) to create new pages on our DNN site (http://www.teenaids.org/). It's running DNN 3.1.0 under shared hosting.

The process we use to create new pages is to use the 'Add' button at the top-left, and specify that the page be visible to all (nothing too out-of-the-ordinary, I presume).

Are there logs I should be looking at to see why the performance is so slow or any settings/diagnostics I can do to see why page creation or modification of page-wide settings is very slow?

Thanks in advance.

I recall this was fixed in a more recent version so you'll probably need to convince your hosts to upgrade.  It should be in their interest as any other sites with numerous pages will cause an increased load on the server..

Cheers,
Andrew
