What "rights" do you mean? Windows users rights (like NETWORKSERVICE)? Or Rights for DNN roles and users?

Did you add this to support.dotnetnuke.com as I suggested?

There are a few file managers... have a browse around snowcovered.com, but I don't think any of them set permissions recursively. None of them are any good as a replacement DNN file manager either. I'm hoping that the core file manager will work nicely when it comes out of the admin menu in DNN5.

Thanks for the replies guys;

Sergey, I mean the DNN-rights. Windows allows to propagate-from-parent so this is not the problem. DNN however doesn't have this option (so I can change the DNN-rights of a folder but the subfolders are not affected).

Rob, after reading your first reply I went to the forum but before registering, I read 'The Bug Tracker is not a support or trouble ticket system'.
So I decided to wait first but since there doesn't seem to be an answer, I regestered and I will post the question/remark over there. Thanks!

It is clear now. If you like, our team can develop small module for this. You can post your request at FreeDotNetNuke.com.
