I am trying to move my DNN installation from my dev box to my QA / Training box. I backed up the database, restored on the new sql server 2005. Have copied all the files and changed the database connection strings in the web.config file. The new site comes up fine with the new address and changes are recorded in the new location db. However when I bring the site up it "auto redirects" / points back to the dev box and that file system instead of the new one. I did add a http alias for the new address but it still wants to point the file structure to the old files. Any thoughts? Is there something in the web.config that needs changed or in the database?

Thank you

Issue resolved. I had to go into the database and change the portalalias table. Had to delete the old alias and create a new one with the correct url / alias.
