What are you entering for your aliases?

well I put it in as www.demo.mydomain.com is that the wrong format?  Im new to using aliases and dnn and child domains (pretty much a newbie here) so I might be typing it wrong.  everything else on my sight is working well right now, just need to be able to create the child portals.  Also was wondering if anyone has a way to develop child portals automatically using a set template, like a module for that or anything?

Accepted Answer

A child portal implementation would go like this

mydomain.com (parent portal)

mydomain.com/child1

mydomain.com/child2

ETC

If you want individual domains/subdomains then create a new parent portal
