Good Morning,

Ok, so I am the web designer at my work and our programmer just left.  I am not completly lost, I made one of our extranets using DNN which he setup but am by no means an expert.  One of the other extranets the programmer setup and created is in need of a change and for some reason the File Manager doesn't appear to be doing anything.  I select a new folder to edit but the files will not change from showing whats in the root folder.  Does anyone have any suggestions for me to try?

Thanks.

  • are you trying from local browser or in Serer console - where JS might be turned off?
  • what DNN version is the site on?

DNN 3.2.2 is rather old, there might be an issue with Windows Service Packs. Did you consider to upgrade?

Perhaps it's time for an upgrade.  I'll have to wait until we get the programmers replacement in as it's certainly not something I want to try myslef and loose the extranets in the process :)
