How do you add and remove items from the Admin menu?

Oh come on!  You mean to tell me there is no one out there that knows how to do this?

The one way I know to do this, but it seems like a work-around more than the "correct" way to do it, is to set the "IsVisible" value in the "Tabs" table to "False".  This works at the Admin level, but doesn't seem to work at the Host level.  Does anyone have any input on how to alter this at the Host level?

I would also love a way to via Host settings, set what tabs other admins can view. Something I could set once and it would effect all the child webs. It would also be able to ADD links to all my admin menus at once. I have a shared file archive I would like to give access to via the admin menu ideally.

uhhh... being the 'top of the food chain,' the host acct should have access to everything... I seriously doubt anyone is going to come up with answers for you...
