I am trying to move my DNN instance to another server and website. Ie I have a development , QA , and production site. This will allow me to test modules and changes before deploying to production. I mess up development. I pull the DB and code from QA to development. Now when I goto donetnuke dev it redirects to dotnetnuke qa. Does any one know how to fix this?

Make sure you have the proper HTTP Alias for your production site. Under Admin>Site Settings you will find at the bottom of the page the HTTP Alias'.

Enter the correct domain name or IP address for your production site.

Ok thanks. When moving the code and db from one site to another. You need to change the HTTPAlias setting in the PortalAlias table of the database.
