Hello, I am new to DNN and am trying to take a site that was created by someone, including the SQL 2005 database and duplicate it under a new address and then be able to go in and update the site.  I was able to import the database to the new server and then successfully installed the DNN.  I then went into the HostAlias table and checked the HTTP to the new domain.  Now when i try to load this domain I get the following error.

The page isn't redirecting properly.
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

I am wondering if there is anything I would need to change inorder for this to work or even if it is possible.  Please remember I am new to DNN so any advice would be greatly appreciated and detailed instructions encouraged.

Thank you.

Would you happen to have used the development.config as your web.config on the second install? If so, it may be that you need to comment out the following section:

<!-- set code access security trust level - this is generally set in the machine.config -->
<trust level="Medium" originUrl=".*" />

Or you could just switch to the release config (which has that line commented out).

Hope this helps!
