DNN: 4.8.3 on shared hosting.

Apologies if this is in the wrong area. I have a new DotNetNuke installation that I am having problems with. The installation all worked find and I am trying to add modules etc.

So first I thought I would add a text/html module. This added fine but when I went into settings I get a huge error. OK I thought, let's check Module Definitions. When I click on that, I get this error..

Anyone have any ideas ? I see this all over the place when dealing with modules.
