I am using FileSystemUtils.CopyFile and FileSystemUtils.Upload. v4.8.3 seems to have defeated them. In the case of copyfile, I was copying .cmd and .exe files, so I can see a security enhancement defeating that. My workaround is to use direct ASP.Net calls instead. I have not been able to restore the UploadFile functionality. The files being uploaded are .csv files and are listed in the Host Settings as allowable.

UploadFile now verifies exisiting write permission of  the current user for the target directory, make sure you assigned permission properly in Admin :: FileManager

My mistake, thank you. Thank you for your quick response. During testing, I thought I assigned write permissions to the appropriate users, but somehow lost those settings. I appear to be back to normal now.
