Steve here.  I could use some help.......Quick.

I'm building a new site.  New to DNN.  We've been creating pages and installing modules for a couple of weeks with no problems.

Several times now in the past few days, while attempting edits within current page modules and/or selecting a module "settings" button, I was served with the error message "SQL DateTime overflow.  must be between 1-1-1753 and 12-31-9999 11:59:59pm".

Once the error occurs, I'm logged out as an admin or host.  The page on which the error occurred is no longer editable.  Any attempts to select a "settings" button or edit a module automatically log me off as an admin or host.

I LOVE building this site with DNN after having used Frontpage and Dreamweaver for years.  This is GREAT stuff.  However, this error problem has me dead in my tracks and I'm on a deadline to take the site LIVE by 6pm tonight (Mon March 6)

Any advice and help is tremendously appreciated.  Thanks.

Steve

Steve, I've not seen this problem before -

Have you resolved it? since we're past the deadline?

Nina:

Problem still not resolved.  We took the site live anyway.  It's just a pain given that when a page (now up to 3) displays the dreaded error, no more editing can occur on that page.  We have start from scratch.

We're suspecting that the problem may be with a calendar module that was installed.......Not sure and difficult to replicate.

Thanks for your interest.

Steve

Ok - how about you delete the module you installed? That generally removes all reference of problem pages..

I meant to ask if you had installed any third party modules.. it's a pain in the butt when these things happen. I've just had to sort out why my site has been running like a mongrel... not a sleek greyhound and it was an error I simply wouldn't have picked for myself, but a module making my skins behave in a way I hadn't even considered possible.

Try deleting the module - it's a bad start to have these sort of problems from the beginning..
