When I type dotnetnuke.com, it will automatically change to www.dotnetnuke.com which I think it's really useful for SEO.  Do you guys know how to make it ??? I have access to iis or dns level. Preferable making changes in IIs or DNS.  Thank !!!

Hello,

I use Go Daddy Hosting and DNS.  My domain with and without the "www" subdomain and always routed to my DNN Website.  I wanted to redirect the domain without the "www" subdomain to the domain with the "www" subdomain so everyone would see the "www" subdomin wether they typed it or not.  I was told by Go Daddy Hosting this was not possible with their hosting service because they reserve the "www" subdomain for my hosting site and always route it there.  So what I did to solve the problem was to use DNN and go to the Host Settings and add a Request Filter: server variable "HPPT_HOST", operation "Equal", match value "YOURDOMAIN.XXX", action "PermanetRedirect", location "HTTP://WWW.YOURDOMAIN.XXX".  This works for me.

Thanks
Greg Hart
