Can the Document or Repository module display the contents of a directory (i.e., a directory of files and folders) rather than have to upload each one, creat categories, etc.?

No.   But there's some code that will, hang on while I track it down...

Danged search!  Keeps timing out on me.  Look for a post back in about April about dynamic file lists.  Or for the module Manchester.DynamicFileList.  PM me if you can't find it and I'll do better to track down a copy.

Jeff, I could not find it either. Also, I could figure out how to PM you.

Sorry in the dealyed response, I missed your post.  But I found the thread:

The funny thing is, I was looking for this post because I'm now having issues getting the module to display my files, though it worked a few months ago.

There is a free Download module in the Forge, which shall offer downloads from directories, but I haven't tried it yet.
