Dear DNN brothers and sisters

I have set up my site with DNN (well Go-Daddy did it for me anyway) and I hope you visit.

http://www.solaremusic.com/dnn/ it's a music site I'm a composer.

I would like to know if I could setup a "comments" module as I would like to read people's comments on my songs. The users would not have to be registered or log in just be able to type a quick comment.

I think I have seen such a module with radio buttons and a text input field with a "submit comment" button.
I would like to have the same just below the survey module on the "music" page.

Any ideas? I thank you and salute you all.
