Using IE7 I have a DNN site, install version 4.08.00 that the links and login links are not working.  I have another site running 4.04 without the same issue.  The 4.09 site links will work with FireFox.  This problem has been sporadic, and seems to be more and more frequent.  I restarted the application and still no change.  When you visit the site, everything appears normally, but clicking on any link including the login and register links will result in nothing happening.  No error messages, no indication that the page is attempting to load.  Any ideas??
