First, I've seen the post at http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/108/threadid/185068/scope/posts/threadpage/1/Default.aspx.  There doesn't appear to be anything resembling a solution in there...

My situation is that I have a 4.8.4 site running with banners configured for sites and the performance settings in Host set to the defaults (Page State set to page, module caching set to disk, with moderate caching).  I have a dedicated server (Win Server 2k3) on which nothing out of the ordinary is configured in IIS.  I am trying to do pretty much the exact same thing that is being done on the right side of the dotenetnuke.com site with ads and sponsors.  I have a header which will display a single banner out of as many as 10 to 20 and I have another banner module along the right side that should display 4 out of 10 to 20 and randomly rotate as they do with the sponsors on dotnetnuke.com.

If I restart IIS, it will occasionally work for a while, but not always.  Is this a known bug in 4.8.4 or is there a special configuration that needs to be setup (other than the obvious at the vendor and banner module level)???  Why does it work at dotnetnuke.com and not on my installation?

Thanks!
