I have been trying to set up roles for users to edit seperate modules and i have noticed that because i hide the containers it doesnt allow them to add links/events or whatever they are trying to edit. I see the edit mode in the top left but it does not display the add link, so i turned on display container and they could see the add link, i am using the latest dnn with the grey fixed width template/containers.

Is it possible to allow users to add events or links on the modules with my containers set to hidden??

Thanks for your help

For this type of function, I use a transparent container (custom).   This allows for the "display container" option to be checked, but it always looks like the container is hidden.  The controls are displayed still for any user authorized.
