Hello, I am looking for a way to do something like, either via a form, module or any combination.

Lets say i have a form that lets people select from multiple quetions with multiple answers i.e

genger
? male
? female

what colour eyes
? blue
? brwon
? green

what colour hair
? brown
?black
?blonde

and so on, then what i want to have happen when people log in they see the selections made i.e

Hello john smith your selected options are

male
blue eyes
brown hair

is there a module, or a combination form / module that can do something like this, what options do i have?

Thanks
Pete

This may be a very simple way to go but you could use the latest version of the survey module that comes with DNN should give you what you need. Create a test page on your portal and play around with it. Hopefully it will work out for you.  Good Luck!

Are you looking to code your own? That would be easy enough.

If not, there was an interesting module that came out a couple of years ago called Content Based on Condition - s eries of conditional dropdowns could easily be set up, with content delivery based on the chosen dropdown items. You might look for it and see if it comes close to what you're after.

It reads to me like you want this to happen during registration.

Check out Datasprings Dynamic Registration, or the similar module by Ucanuse. I know the former does this, and I'm pretty sure the latter does as well. Both are on snowcovered.com, and probably here on the Marketplace as well.
