Hi all I get the following .NET error when going to my site:

"format of the initialization string does not conform to specification starting at index 0."

But after I refresh the page the error goes away and everything seems to work fine.  The only time it seems to interfere with anything is when I go to the Host Settings page.  Then it consistently brings this error up, but not as a .NET run time error.  Its just outputs the error where the module would normally be.  I've done quite a bit of research on the matter and it appears to be a problem with the connection string in the web.config that is usually resolved due to some simple typo or oversight.  My connection string appears to be right, so I don't really understand what the problem is.  But then again I've been staring at this issue for so long its probably the simplest thing that I'm overlooking.  Any help would be appreciated.  I have pasted the connection strings below:

</connectionStrings>
<appSettings>
