I just went to my website (http://www.pchenry.com/) and for some reason I have no top menus?  What would cause that to happen?  When I log in as the host, there are still no menus, nothing for admin, nothing for host, nothing.  What happeend?  The db is still accessible since the blogs are coming up, so I don't believe that's it.  Any ideas please?

Thank you.

That sounds like it is related to a bug that is being fixed in 4.9.0.  If you restart your site, it should come back.

Hope it helps,

Thank you very much!  Yes, that does sound like it would fix things.  Any ideas on how to restart it remotely?  I can't seem to see any options like that when I log in as host.  Any ideas on how to get 4.9?  When is 5.0 coming out?  Why would I bother with the 4.9 when 5.0 seems to be right around the corner?

Thank you.

Try to go to TabId 16 (http://yoursite.com?tabid=16).  This is typically the host settings page, which has a restart link at the bottom.  Otherwise you'll need to touch the site's web.config file.

Hope it helps,

Thank you for the tip, but unfortunately it didn't work.  I got the index out of range error.  I'll try again tonight.  Thanks again.
