I finaly got it to work... but not the way it should be

I did everything as it said in most of "how to create a parent site", but since EasyCGI runs the DNN script in their server in a different way " I have no clue how".I have to use a redirect to all the website I will create, so I have to put indx.asp in the root of my site and redirect from there...so for example www.cmhagrb.on.ca has to be redirect it to www.cmhagrb.on.ca/dnn on order for it to work. What is making me angry is that they are saying it is not their issue it is DNN, and I can't see how, since dnn allows you to create as many site as you want. The real porblem is creating www.wayve as a parent and pointing right and still want work until I redirct it to www.cmhagrb.on.ca/dnn/wayve.. can you see the agoney here...every one will see cmhagrb in the header when all I want is WAYVE...Can anyone tell me how to do this with.
