Hi,

I made mistake when installing a new site with dnn 4.9. Here is the scenario:

It is new site and I changed the ns to point to my server. As it does not point ns right away I used prepropagation support which basically points to a new location until the ns are resolved. So if the domain is in www.abc.com I ended up installing in temp.abc.com.

Now that ns is resolved if the move the propagation support it keeps redirecting to me the temp.abc.com

Now what do I need to change and where to make it start pointing to www.abc.com

Note: I installed it thru the installation wizard.

Please help.

I can add another portals and it works fine. But I don't get the options to edit the default installed portal.

I am guessing when I installed it to the the temp directory it kept the settings and directory somewhere in db or config somewhere and that is what I want to change.

Oops. I can edit but I do not see any option to chnage the settings to point to www.abc.com
