I looked everywhere for this simple question, but could not find an answer so far. I would like to grant access to certain user accounts to 2 (parent) portals of a DNN instance. I think it must be possible to share such accounts, but how? If I try to create the same username on the second portal, the system says it exists already, therefore it must know about the users in the other portal.

How can I make this simple operation?

thank you for your very useful message, which I found only now (for some reason I must have missed the notification of your answer). For point 2 you mean executing some sql query? Can you give me an example, perhaps?
