Hi Folks,

DNN Version 4.09

I have been playing around with Child portals but have a big issue with the Url presented to a visitor when initially going to one of my child portals.

Example

I have created a child portal at

http://www.flipbk.com/thetelegram

Nice and short

However when you go there the url is replaced with

http://www.flipbk.com/thetelegramwww.flipbk.com/home/tabid/55/default.aspx?alias=www.flipbk.com/thetelegram

A little ridiculous to say the least.

If I click on the Home link on that page the url changes to

http://www.flipbk.com/thetelegram/home.aspx

Not so bad but I would really like to just use the first URL.

I know I could manually amend the default.aspx file in the child portal folder but I want portals to be created automatically.

Anyone have any ideas

Thanks

Tony

Has anyone got a fix for this?  It seems pretty silly.
