I wonder if anybody has experienced this. I created two user accounts in my DNN install to verify all my work from the user perspective. I log in with one of these accounts (non-admin) and check out the pages. About a month ago I decided to delete one of these because I didn't need it anymore. However everytime I try to delete I get an ERROR message saying that it's not possible. My site is now live and I have users registering. One informed me that he had re-registered because his initial account info was not correct. So, of course, I tried to delete the first account and the same thing happens. All I get is a red triangle with ! followed by: Error deleting User. The message is not very helpful. I wonder if this anything to do with SQL Express ? I would appreciate any help or suggestions with this issue.

Thank you so much

For about a year now I have been unable to delete users. I have not looked into it but I saw a thread indicating it may be a dodgy foreign key reference (ie. a 3rd party module refuses to let you delete the user record as it has associated data). I am not sure how to find out which module tho..

Thanks for the info Rodney. Are you getting the same useless error message? It seems this may be a problem bigger than I imagined. So I take it you still have the user accounts taking up space in your database. I thought the only data/records tied to my user accounts were the orders in the store module (I have an online store up and running) And there's absolutely no way to delete these orders. At least not through any admin module that I've seen. I wonder if it would be possible to access the database directly with MS SQL Server Management Studio Express and manually delete the unwanted records. Have you read anything posted regarding this procedure and its consequences?
