Hello,

on a couple of DNN 4.8.4 hosts I experience a strange behaviour of RSS feeds: sometimes they don't load.

As "RSS Feeds" I mean any RSS source from within the same DNN portal, that is for example feeds from the Forum module or any other module supporting Syndication. That is, that's not the fault of a single module.

On the homepage I have some (about 6) newstickers, some of which (3 or 4) load RSS feeds from within the portal itself. These and only these (not the remote ones) sometimes appear to be empty: if I call the RSS URL directly from a browser, I get an empty feed. After a couple of minutes they get populated again.

Why do I get empty feeds, could this depend on the SarchEngine reindex scheduled event? It should not empty existing SearchItems, isn't it?

Thanks for any help,

al.
