Hi All,

I'm trying to set up a user so that all they can do is edit the content and titles of the Text/HTML modules.

So I have created a new role 'editor' and then granted the user this role and then added this role to the edit permissions for the module. This allows them to edit the content but doesn't allow them to edit the title - which really I need.

Is there anyway to allow them to edit the title as well without giving them loads of other permissions as well?

Cheers,

Dale

Do you have inline editng enabled.  If not try to enable inline editing (Admin - Site Settings - Advance - Usability).

Yes inline editing is enabled for the site but when assigning roles as described in the original post inline editing doesn't seem to be available to that role.

Any other ideas?

Thanks,
