Hi.

I have disabled my sites login mistakely. how can i re-enable it ?

i use DNN 4.9

That depends somewhat one how you have disabled the login.  Can you just add ?ctl=login to your site's URL and see the Login control?

You can also use John Mitchell's Open Sesame page if you have set the Login Tab Id to a page without a login.

I already went to that query string. login control without username/password fields. it is just written you can use LiveID and when i click login button nothing happens.

I disabled login in Admin/Authentication.
