I have DNN 3.2.2. running at http://www.rebelrathosting.com and have set up http://tasracing.rebelrathosting.com to run as a demo and to be able to learn a little about customising and skinning etc.

BUT (there is always a but isn't there!) when I try and upload any images etc to the sub-domain (logged in a Superuser) I get the following error:

An error has occurred.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Could not find a part of the path "C:\Domains\rebelrathosting.com\wwwroot\tasracing\Portals\4\". ---> System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path "C:\Domains\rebelrathosting.com\wwwroot\tasracing\Portals\4\". at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String str) at System.IO.Directory.InternalGetFileDirectoryNames(String fullPath, String userPath, Boolean file) at System.IO.DirectoryInfo.GetDirectories(String searchPattern) at System.IO.DirectoryInfo.GetDirectories() at DotNetNuke.UI.UserControls.UrlControl.LoadFolders(DirectoryInfo ChildDir) at DotNetNuke.UI.UserControls.UrlControl.ShowControls() at DotNetNuke.UI.UserControls.UrlControl.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I assume I have not set up the Portal correctly through Host > Portals (I set it as a Parent portal rather than a child if that makes any difference)

Help!  Thanks in advance.

Check your permissions and make sure users like aspnet, network service, iusr_computername have read access to c and that the permissions for your new portal transferred over [like modify, write, etc]

The sites are on a shared server - I guess I need to contact the host then?  I never had to do anything for the main domain though so I assumed (assumptions being the basis of all feck ups) that subdomains woudl inherit the parent folders permissions.
