File uploads no longer work after upgrading to 4.02 and then immediately to 4.03.  That is, file uploads from the file manager, pictures through the html editor, etc.  This is from any account, including an account with admin rights.

After hitting "upload new file" it just performs a postback and then returns to the file manager.  No exception in the log, nothing.  However, the file isn't there.

This is on Windows Server 2003.  Network Service has full permissions to the portals directory.  I am using Windows Authentication.  This did work in 3.1, but I have changed to a different web site/dir for the upgrade and am worried I have forgot a setting somewhere.
