I've set up a dev environment with visual web developer express and sql 2005 express.  I'm now ready to put the site up on my host who is running .net 2.0 (not a problem) and sql2000 (problem?).

It's basically a fresh install so I don't really care about the data.  Is there any way to copy the site to my host, set the web.config and run something to create a fresh database for me on my host?
