I have a web site already developed in DNN.

Now I want to change it's server.

I have Source of the website and backup of the database.

I upload all webpages to the server and restore database. and once I writedown URL for my new web site, it is redirecting to my old web sites. this is bacause of "PortalAlias".

Once I change portal alias directaly from database to my new server name. it is getting me some error "Required permissions cannot be acquired." and not able to open web site.

I'm not able to open new web site. So what kind of change I have to do to change portalAlias in new server to run web application?

Is it required to change from web.config file?

make sure, IIS web site is configured properly and file system permissions are granted to virtual user (by default local "Network Service" account)

Yes it is configured properly, I'm able to run simple HTML page form that server. and one more thing is that, I created and a simple application and uploaded to that new server and change "PortalAlias" table value as per live site and it stated to work.

Is there any another way to change "PortalAlias" table alias value directally from site,

OR

Can I run setup wizard once again, Can I get back my old data from db? I tested in my local pc it's not working.

Is it possible that I m using extra modules and they are doing some problem with it,

How could I change PortalAlias, which is allready redirectaing to another server?

Now I am getting this error on very first page.

and the entire page is blank.
