Hi,

Whenever we create links via either the links module or insert link from the RT editor in a Text/HTML module, the forward slashes are getting stripped out of the URL.

For example: "/portals/10/whatever.file" is instead "portals10whatever.file" and takes the user to a 404 error page -- understandably so, since it's pointing towards the wrong spot. Going in and manually editing the URL to the correct format works fine, but I'd rather not have to walk all of my users through that each time they need to upload/add a file.

The site is running DNN 4.9.0, Text/HTML and Links modules show that they're the most current. Server is Windows 2003 with IIS6.

Where should I start looking to fix this problem?

Thanks,

Jason Lantrip
