I have DNN 4.8.3 running with about 35 portals. A few portals have splash pages set in the site admin, but none seem to work. I checked the pages and verified that they all work by browsing to them. I changed the splash page to another and back. I checked the database and they all have the correct tab id's. I looked in the event viewer but find no event that would indicate anything going wrong. I deleted all of my cookies and history from my browser and tried from another computer. I am stumped on how to troubleshoot this next.

Can anyone shed light on why the splash pages would not be coming up? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this next?
