I attempted to complete the DNN update a few nights ago and once the update completed, the site was not there, and I got a "Runtime Error page that has the text on it that I am adding here. I tried to opt out and undo the update, but it did not bring back the site. This is the message on the site;

Server Error in '/Skydiving/skyride' Application.

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="Off"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

  My hosting is through Godaddy and they don't seem to know what the problem is. I have given them a week now to correct the problem and they have yet to do anything.  This is the URL for the site; http://1800skyrideripoff.com/Skydiving/skyride/

Does anyone have any ideas?

                 Thanks, Jeff...

Did you follow the instructions under the "Details" section of the error, that will get more info as the real error message is being surpressed (google the error message for further info).

NB I don't recommend GoDaddy.
