I'm creating a custom module and I would like to use the fckeditor with it.  How can I do this?

Does anyone know how to do this?

You would actually be adding the DNN:TextEditor control to your module's ascx control. By default, the DNN:TextEditor control uses the FCKEditor as its provider.  The core HTML module provides (with source) one of the simplist examples of the use of this control and also gives a good example of the token replacement capabilities of the DNN framework. Most other DNN modules use the DNN:TextEditor control in either their settings or edit control.

One point to note - earlier versions of the FCKEditor provider have had a problem of returning an empty string for the rich text content when the control has been placed in an AJAX UpdatePanel or the module control has Supports Partial Rendering enabled. The work around was to register the submit button to perform a full postback. I believe this has been corrected in the latest provider included with DNN 4.09.00.

You can use the code from the text/html module as an example
