My Issue was

when I select  TextEditor "Rich text box"  and   type some data and then select the Basic text box  then the type data is displaying raw  html tags (Bold, center,... ) are missing . same way I tried in Html Editor ( dnn Build in mOdule ) there when i switch the radio button from Rich to Basic I am getting Bold , center html tags . If I uncheck the Ajax Enable in my Portal settings then I am getting html tags . Why only  in module it is not working

THanks To all

My issue got solved, I removed the TextEditor from Setting Page to Edit Page ( Add Content Page ) . Now my module works fine , even though my Portal settings Ajax is Enabled .

But my question is

IS Texteditor wont work in Settings page if  Portal settings Ajax is enabled

This issue is due to a problem with the FCKEditor provider when the text editor control is placed in an AJAX UpdatePanel. In order for the text editor control to return rich text, a full postback rather than an AJAX async postback is required. The DNN framework enables "Supports Partial Rending" on the base module settings control which effectively wraps your settings page in an UpdatePanel.  A similar problem occurs witht he use of the text editor control on the User Profile page - especially for the Biography field. When you moved the text editor control to your own edit control and did not place it within an UpdatePanel or enable "Supports Partial Rending" on your edit control, the problem did not occur.

It is my understanding that his has been fixed in the 2.0.x version of the provider which is being distributed with DNN 4.9. In what DNN version did you find this to be a problem?

I finally found my original post from last spring where I described the problem and a temporary work around for module developers:
