Hello,

There is an option in the shopping cart settings that allows for the Credit Card form (CC form) to be redirected to SSL. When I check the setting it redirects from...

http://mysite.com/

to...

https://mysite.com/

where as I need it to redirect to...

https://secure13.actionhosting.ca/mysite-com/

If I specify the "secure13.actionhosting.ca/mysite-com" in the Admin settings under SSL and check "secure" on the pages that I want it works just fine, yet the CC form doesn't have the option of specifying your SSL url - it will always direct to https:// and not what you specified in the Admin settings i.e - "secure13.actionhosting.ca/mysite-com".

Anyone know how to get around this so that you can specify what SSL url you want the CC form to be sent to?

Thanks!

Matt

Trying to use the Shared Hosting certification huh?   I suggest you don't, but if you want to play around a bit, I think you can use it.   Go to the Admin Setting Page and you do have the ability to specify the SSL URL.

call me crazy but i have an issue with ssl and catalook.   I did what the above mentioned however, the redirect https:// just issues a blank page.  I have a valid cert and am hosting this on my 2003 server.   any idea why this is happening?

Yeah, I don't really want to use it. My boss got it before I started working here and now I have to somehow make it work for this...

Yes I know you have the ability to specify the SSL URL and it works for securing regular pages, but I'm having troubles securing the shopping cart - specifically the credit card form submission. There's a whole bunch of issues with it. If the CATAlook store would come out with an upgrade to the module it would work (So you can specify the SSL URL for CC form submission)

If anyone knows how to set up the store using a shared SSL please let me know...

Did you test and see if the ssl thing works outside of Catalook by using a test page?

Do you have mysite.com and secure13.actionhosting.ca as http aliases for the same portal or separate portals?
