Hi,

I have got automatic emailing working on my DNN site - i.e. I can send out a Newsletter to all registered users and user registration will send out the automatic "You have been registered" email ... in most cases. I say "in most cases" because I've noticed say if a new user registers with a email address of say user@yahoo.co.uk then they don't get the registration email. I'm not sure if this is a problem for other common webmail providers or not (e.g. gmail, hotmail etc)

Does anyone know if this is something DNN is blocking or is it something I should speak to my hosting provider about. I'm hoping it's a DNN setting that I need to tweak :-)

Thanks,

Matt

Ah ha!

Mystery solved. I looks like the problem is straightforward .... yahoo webmail is seeing the registration email as spam - so it is being sent - I knew it couldn't be DNN's fault ;-)

Naughty yahoo webmail.

Think I'll have a nice cup of tea and a sit down after that ....

Happy New Year everyone
