My DNN site will not load.  Worked yesterday.  The only major changes I made were:

set up a KeepAlive module, which I have since removed to rule it out
Manually modified values in an SQL table.  Have since restored table from backup copy
Enabled DNN Scheduler.  Can't figure out how to disable, since I can't access the site

I explored the worker process for the site on my server and it gets the request but does not appear to do anything with it.  I'm at a pretty big loss as to where to even begin with this.  Help please!!

Just from your description I can't give any real clues as to what is causing your issue, but the scheduler is set under table "HOSTSETTINGS".  Look for setting name "SchedulerMode".

When posting for help it's also a good idea to mention things like your DNN version, operating system, network environment (hosting locally or using IIS?), etc.

I'll check the scheduler setting, thanks.  The DNN version is 4.9, the OS is Windows Server 2003, hosted via IIS, .NET framework is up-to-date 2.0 build.  Any other info I can provide?  I have no idea what I should be looking at to resolve this.

Thanks!

Well, that was it.  I changed SchedulerMode from 1 to 0 and my site works now.  Is there any documentation on the Scheduler so that I can implement it without it breaking my site?

Whoah...  Beware the Scheduler.

If there's any kind of official documentation on it, you should be able to find it in 'Resources > Documentation' from the menu above.
There might even be a manual that you can download...
