I would like to know a way to have drop downs off of my tabs at the top of the page, Thanks for the help.

you may have dropdowns everywhere on your page, either in Skin or in modules - what is your specific use case and problem?

Our web page www.cjfed.org has 11 tabs across the top. I need to have drop downs from those 11 tabs so that we can add more content. I am new to the product so if there is any other information that you need please let me know, Thanks.

Snoop-
Are you referring to having additional menu items appear as dropdowns from the menu items shown?  If so, those dropdown items are child pages/tabs of the root pages/tabs.  Create a new page and, in the page's settings, specify a "Parent Page" that you want your child page to "drop down" from in the menu.
