I'm creating a new site using DNN 5.0 and think I came accross a bug.  DNN 5.0 now allows you to add admin modules to pages outside of the admin section and give users who are not park of the admin role permission to use those modules.  In my case I would like to allow users of a certain role to be able to assign roles to new users.

I created a new page and added the Users and Roles module to the page and gave Edit Module permissions to that role, but not Edit Page permissions.  When they click on the Manage Roles icon I get a permission error.  However if I give that role Edit Page permissions they can click on the Manage Roles icon without error.  In my case that's not terrible because these are trusted users in this role, but I would prefer not to give them the ability to edit the page.

Has anyone else had this problem?
