Hello everyone,

I only have access to the IIS raw logs.

I'd like to know if there is a way to create a report that would show me the terms used in DNN's search box.

Ideally, report would show year overall results and monthly overall...

Has anyone seen anything like this?

Thanks.

Hi Victor,

More than likely you can do it, and there are a number of ways.

1.) Use something like SmarterStats or AWStats to parse the logs and get reports

2.) Use something like LogParser from Microsoft to manually query the logs.

You can see that the search terms are passed via the querystring (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Home/SearchResults/tabid/710/Default.aspx?Search=test), so it should be farily easy to search for that dat using logparser.
