Hi!

I succesfully installed the Active Directory-module and when I go to http://.../DesktopModules/AuthenticationServices/ActiveDirectory/WindowsSignin.aspx I'm logged in...
But when I go to the login screen of DotNetNuke and choose Windows Login, I can't login... it says my password isn't correct (but it is!).

Do I need to configure something extra so the Windows Login uses the http://.../DesktopModules/AuthenticationServices/ActiveDirectory/WindowsSignin.aspx?

The domain login requires the domain prefix.  ie: domain\userid

Also, In Admin -> Authentication AD settings, if you are using a domain account to "read" your AD with a password which has expired or changed the domain logins will fail if the password has been changed or expired.

Indeed, it was an issue with the password of the domain account to read the AD... thanks!

Is it possible to define that the user doesn't need to define the domainname?
So that domainname\ is automatically added when a user logs in?

2nd page (I think), post from Mike.

You will need to make sure you have at least 1 domain account set as admin/host before you make this change.
